COVID-19 Update from Cedar & Pine
At Cedar & Pine Acupuncture-Herb Clinic, the health and well-being of our patients and workers is always a top priority.
Our treatment rooms are set up so, the one-on-one sessions and the waiting area is never housing more than 2 patients at a time. We also have to point out that people that come into the clinic are healthy in general because we have always encouraged people to cancel their appointments and our team members if unwell.
Due to the risk of COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus we are diligent in complying with health & hygiene regulations and at this time, have stepped up our hygiene protocols to further ensure our patients and workers are protected and can continue to feel confident at our location.

To help keep our communities safe, we are taking these extra precautions:
All high-traffic surface areas, countertops, treatment rooms & reception area are routinely cleaned and disinfected.
Removal of decorative items that are difficult to keep clean.
Wash Hands: In addition to standard hand-washing habits, our practitioners will clean their hands before and after every client.
Disinfection: We will wipe down all seats & rooms & equipments with disinfectant before and after each patient. We will also increase the frequency of disinfection of high-traffic surface areas.
Stay Home: If a guest or team member feels unwell, we will strongly encourage them to stay home. Don’t worry, guests who cancel due to illness will not be charged a cancellation fee during this time.
Hands Off: For the time being, we will avoid greeting guests and team members with our usual handshake or hug.
Please knock at the door and wait for the staff to open the door.
Only 2 people will be allowed in the waiting area at a time. We recommend patients to avoid visiting the clinic as a group, only to be accompanied by 1 person maximum.
SOCIAL DISTANCING rule will be applied to the best of our ability to minimize contact during each one-on-one treatment session.
Screening: online or paper questionnaire is mandatory to be filled out prior to the appointment.
You know we only use Sterile Disposable needles already, now we will only use sterile disposable cupping and moxibustion equipment in our clinic.

Remember to stay hydrated, take your vitamins, wash your hands and avoid touching the face. I hope you stay healthy during this period and I will see you either for your upcoming appointment or rescheduled at a later date.
